Poll: More adults in Kentucky are uninsured or publicly insured

A poll from the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky found that 28% of 18- to 64-year-olds in Kentucky were uninsured last year, up from 23% in 2008. Adults covered by Medicaid, Medicare, military benefits or a combination of the three increased from 11% in 2008 to 27%.
