Sen. Hoeven says Obama SOTU fell short on energy policy

President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech failed to meet expectations in terms of energy security, said Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D. During his speech, Obama touted his "all-of-the-above" energy policy and strides in domestic oil production. An economy stalled by budget debates needs a policy that supports business investment, Hoeven said.
