CMO Council study raises eyebrows in B2B agencies

Business-to-business agency executives are skeptical of a CMO Council study indicating widespread dissatisfaction with how traditional agencies are transitioning to digital. The study says less than 1 in 10 marketers give the agencies high marks. The CMO Council's Donovan Neale-May defended the study, pointing to 59% participation by B2B marketers.
