A farewell to Photoshop

Photoshop used to be an important tool for Web designers -- but problems converting pixel-perfect designs into properly rendered websites have forced many to look for other options, writes Javier Ghaemi. "Maybe there still is a role for Photoshop as a tool for designing web layouts but as far as designing typography for the Web, applications like Firebug and Typecast have overtaken it," he writes.
