Working out together helps fitness and relationship, experts say

Couples who exercise together reap benefits in their relationship and may be more likely to stick to their workout plan, fitness experts and psychologists say. Fitness trainer Helen Ryan says one benefit is that couples who exercise together have "guilt-free workouts" because they do not have to choose fitness over spending time with their partner.
