Time to close the UN's Hariri investigation

The United Nations investigation into the assassination of Lebanese leader Rafik Hariri has been plagued by a lack of political support and ability to secure indictments, Lebanon's Daily Star Opinion Editor Michael Young writes. Five years after Hariri's death, Young argues, there remains little chance of a trial ever happening and the investigation should end.
