Starbucks to supply single-serve brew to a half-million hotel rooms

Starbucks signed a deal with in-room coffee service provider Courtesy Products to provide coffee for use in Courtesy's single-serve brewing system. The deal is slated to bring Starbucks signature brews to as many as 500,000 luxury hotel rooms in the U.S. The Seattle-based chain also said it expects to make other, similar announcements as it explores avenues for promoting its single-serve offerings.
