Employee health is important to company performance, CFOs say

Finance chiefs are paying more attention to the link between employees' health and their companies' performance, according to a survey by the Integrated Benefits Institute. More than 90% of respondents said boosting employees' health improves productivity. And many said poor employee health hurts the bottom line by raising health care costs and increasing the number of sick days used by employees.
