Belgian molecular Dx company obtains $7.3 million

A funding round has pulled in $7.3 million for Multiplicom, a Belgian firm that develops research-use-only test kits for muscle disease, cystic fibrosis, kidney disease, heart failure and bowel cancer. The company will use the money to further develop its molecular diagnostic tests and expand its sales channels in Europe.
