CIOs chafe at flaws found in Apple's iOS 6.1

IT executives are upset over a series of bugs discovered in Apple's recently updated iOS 6.1 operating system, saying the incident illustrates the problems caused by employees bringing their own mobile devices to work. Chief information officers have warned employees against updating their iOS devices. Microsoft suggested that IT managers prevent the devices from accessing corporate networks because the bug may cause an e-mail overload with Microsoft Exchange software.
