Job seekers turn to medical aesthetics to get an edge

Surveys have found that better-looking people have an easier time finding a job, and job seekers are increasingly turning to cosmetic surgery to get an edge in a highly competitive market. Men have been more likely than women to seek cosmetic surgery to gain or keep a job, but women are catching up, plastic surgeons say.
