Leaders of pilots unions see "win-win" in AA-US Airways merger

The leaders of the pilots unions for US Airways and American Airlines have sent a letter to members about negotiations for the merger of the carriers, expressing their commitment for a "win-win conclusion" to the merger process. "Our union leaders are committed to this merger but we cannot do this alone. ... Together, we can take our NEW airline and our profession to new heights," they wrote.
