Downloads for the Deposit@Mobile USAA app rose from 3.3 million in 2011 to 5.2 million in 2012, a nearly 60% increase. "Consumer adoption of mobile technology is changing virtually all aspects of the financial services business. ... We are moving as fast as possible to keep pace with our members' needs and expectations in an always-on, always-connected world," Hudson says.
