Edelman hires BBC's Richard Sambrook as content chief

Edelman has hired Richard Sambrook, a former director of global news for the BBC, as chief content officer, with a directive to bring strong content and storytelling into Edelman's campaigns. "I fundamentally see a shrinking of mainstream media even with their digital aspect," chief executive Richard Edelman said.
