Fla. schools use yoga to help students prepare for tests

Some Florida students do yoga in their classrooms, and officials say it will be an important part of how they prepare for No Child Left Behind testing next month. Yoga's breathing exercises help students deal with stress, and the poses can boost blood flow and help students get a good night's sleep, says Michelle Kelsey Mitchell of YoKid, a nonprofit that brings yoga to schools.
