Marketers test Twitter self-serve ads

Twitter has a group of 10,000 advertisers on its new self-serve ad platform through a promotion with merchants that use or accept American Express cards. Some 3,000 advertisers have waded in so far, receiving a $100 rebate through the AmEx promo.
