Sources: Intel pushes back Ivy Bridge volume shipments to summer

Intel is expected to hold off on volume shipments of its new "Ivy Bridge" processors until July or later, DigiTimes reports, citing sources among notebook players that blame business and inventory conditions. The chipmaker will go ahead with its scheduled April introduction of the new processors and initially make some shipments of the parts, those sources said.
