Study: Retailers' m-commerce sites still evolving

About 68% of the top 100 online retailers have created mobile shopping applications and 59% have launched mobile sites, but many still have a long way to go when it comes to catering to tablet users, according to a survey done for Zmags. Most of the retailers use their existing e-commerce sites, which often provides a frustrating shopping experience, the study says.
