Sara Lee can't use Jimmy Dean's praises

A U.S. District Court has barred Sara Lee from using the personal endorsement of country music singer Jimmy Dean until after the singer's lawsuit against Sara Lee is concluded. Jimmy Dean, whose sausage enterprise is owned by Sara Lee, charges in his suit that the company damaged his name and reputation by using his personal endorsement despite the expiration of his spokesman deal with Sara Lee in March 2003.
