Audience for Winter Games less than Olympian

With NBC's coverage of the Winter Olympic Games generating so-so ratings amid strong competition from the other networks, advertisers are starting to question their investment in the 17-day sporting event. Although NBC claims that audience numbers are "within the range" promised to sponsors, some advertisers are starting to call for "makegood" spots to reimburse them for ratings shortfalls.
