Logistics hinder China's e-commerce industry

China's e-commerce sector is growing rapidly, as the country is home to the most Internet surfers in the world. However, online retailers face logistical challenges, insiders said. "Logistics is an important part of e-commerce so many e-commerce giants, including Joyo Amazon, the Chinese subsidiary of US-based online retailer Amazon.com Inc, have started to build their own logistics network to contend with the increasing orders," said Chen Shousong, an analyst at Analysys International.
