Skylight restoration finishes at MIT

The skylight of the Great Dome at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology had been blacked out during World War II. Now, its 1,042 glass blocks are visible and let in natural light. The restoration of the dome also called for injection of a waterproof membrane under the limestone cladding.
