Suit questions necessity of some procedures at Ky. hospital

St. Joseph London hospital in London, Ky., its parent company Catholic Health Initiatives and 11 cardiologists have been sued by patients who claim some heart procedures performed there were not necessary. The doctors and hospital call the accusations baseless, with the hospital's lead lawyer saying "these were very sick people who needed the interventions, and got them."
