Report: Technology could revolutionize tests

Computerized tests not only check what students know, but also can help educators understand how children are learning, according to a new Education Sector report. Performance-based models would allow students to complete more comprehensive simulations rather than simply fill in bubbles on a multiple-choice test, the report says.
