With many uninsured, Ga., S.C. reject bigger Medicaid

South Carolina and Georgia have turned down Medicaid expansion despite having many working families who lack health insurance. Georgia can't afford the expansion and the federal government might not have the capacity to provide continuous funding in the future, Gov. Nathan Deal said.
