Pro soccer player comes out as gay

Robbie Rogers, an American soccer player who once played for the U.S. national team, has come out as gay. Rogers is set to leave the sport after playing most recently for a team in England. "Life is so full of amazing things. I realized I could only truly enjoy my life once I was honest," said Rogers, who added it was time to discover himself away from soccer.
