A shortage of new talent as baby boomers look to retirement and the lack of skilled health IT workers as the industry becomes more sophisticated are two of eight health care workforce trends identified by Pilat HR Solutions consultant Clinton Wingrove. The industry is facing significant challenges, but also some positive changes including shifts in leadership style, according to Wingrove.
