Consumers are warming to the use of green cleaning products, which have improved in quality and perception over the years, writes Stephanie Kisch of OctoClean, a California-based janitorial company. Nowadays, consumers want to be assured that companies use safe cleaning agents, she argues. "If you aren't able to do this, some of your customers will undoubtedly switch to a company that can," she writes.
