Details about sequester cuts emerge from federal departments

Federal agencies have begun to outline how they'll manage the billions of dollars in sequestration cuts due to hit March 1. Possible plans include furloughs for FBI agents and for food-safety inspectors at the Agriculture Department, which would result in meat-processing plants closing temporarily, and less health research. Details were included in letters that government departments sent to Congress this month.
