Simon Casson, recently named chairman of the Four Seasons Global Spa Task Force, says the global spa company will focus on personnel training, using technology to streamline booking, and partnering with key emerging spa brands and treatments. Another development Casson sees on the horizon for Four Seasons: Growth in group spa services, in which people book rooms for a group to get treatments together.
