Iowa regent defends decision to challenge ethanol study

Bruce Rastetter, a University of Iowa regent and an ethanol executive, defended his decision to question a university researcher's findings that ethanol production is taxing Iowa's water resources. Rastetter said his intervention was meant to promote a healthy discussion between the researcher and ethanol producers.
