Opinion: Florida bill would undercut HOA participation

A bill in the Florida Senate would require HOAs to follow the same regulations as condo associations, mobile homes and time shares, requiring more complex voting procedures and supervision by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Beth Kassab writes that the rules would diminish participation in HOAs, an issue many neighborhoods already struggle with.
