Lodgian sells three Holiday Inns in debt reduction strategy

Atlanta-based Lodgian has sold three Holiday Inn hotels as part of a plan to sell 19 strategic hotels to reduce debt by more than $10 million. The locations were sold in three separate transactions, and the company says with improving economic conditions, it expects to have completed the sale of the remaining hotels by the end of the year.
