Social media agency Carrot Creative asks job applicants to write haikus, doodle and play with refrigerator magnets, exercises that it says help uncover personality traits. Another tactic for encouraging applicants to reveal their personality is to share something personal during the interview, says Jonathan Basker of Betaworks.
