Fibromyalgia is not a clear-cut diagnosis, study finds

Evidence shows fibromyalgia is not a clear-cut disorder but includes symptoms ranging from none to severe across patient populations, according to a study in Arthritis Care & Research. "In those with fibromyalgia there is overwhelming polysymptomatic distress, with severe pain and severe symptoms of all sorts," said Dr. Frederick Wolfe of the National Data Bank for Rheumatic Diseases.
