New NFA directors want a hearing on Corzine's status

Two recently elected directors of the National Futures Association reportedly are calling for a hearing on the industry status of former MF Global CEO Jon Corzine, including a possible lifetime ban. Some board members are said to be reluctant to move forward with a hearing because it might conflict with an investigation by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Corzine, who has never been accused of any criminal wrongdoing related to MF Global's collapse, had no comment.
