Obama to speak with local news anchors about budget debate

News anchors from eight local TV stations across the country will get a chance to ask President Barack Obama about upcoming planned budget cuts, as the White House is bypassing national media to make its case to the country. The move could add to national correspondents' complaints that Obama has been freezing them out, Susan Crabtree writes.
