Okla. House committee passes anti-PBM bill

An Oklahoma House panel passed a bill that would require pharmacy benefit managers to be licensed by the state pharmacy board and to disclose more operational information. If the bill is approved, it could result in higher drug prices for the state. "It provides pharmacists with competitive information that they otherwise wouldn't have. They can in turn raise prices," said PCMA spokesman Charles Coté.
