Bombardier board will make decision on larger airliner this week

The board of Bombardier will make a formal "authorization to offer" decision on the CSeries of larger aircraft on Friday, according to sources speaking at the Singapore Airshow. The decision would allow Bombardier to make proposals for the jet to potential customers. Northwest Airlines is among the carriers that has expressed interest in the plane.
