One in 4 clinically infertile women conceive without treatment

Researchers who analyzed data from the Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health found that 1 in every 4 women aged 28 to 36 with history of infertility became pregnant without fertility treatment, and a further 1 in every 4 conceived after fertility treatment. The study has followed 8,000 women since 1996.
