Conn. city plans to buy 60 propane autogas school buses

The city of Shelton, Conn., plans to sign a contract to buy 60 purpose-built propane autogas-fueled school buses from All-Star Transportation. The buses would help the local school district provide environmentally friendly and cost-efficient transportation to students. The city would sell the buses back to All-Star and request a new fleet when the contract expires after seven years, an official said.
