Minn. court blocks firm from selling new wind turbines

A county district judge in Minnesota sided with the state attorney general's office in issuing a temporary retraining order to stop Renewable Energy SD from selling new wind turbines. The attorney general filed a lawsuit against the turbine maker last month for allegedly selling defective small wind turbines to farmers and failure to deliver the purchase to several customers. The judge also instructed Renewable Energy SD to give the attorney general a list of its customers since 2009.
