Alzheimer's Vaccine Trials Stopped

An experimental vaccine to reverse Alzheimer's reportedly has caused brain swelling in 12 volunteers. The Irish pharmaceutical company Elan manufactured the vaccine; officials are not releasing details of the problems. Sources have likened the inflammation to encephalitis and meningoencephalitis.
