Two Colorado biotech firms sold

Two Colorado biotech firms are being acquired by out-of-state companies. Germany's Degussa sold Boulder-based Proligo Group, a supplier of genomic research tools, to Sigma-Aldrich of St. Louis. Ischemia Technologies, a developer of blood tests for early analysis of chest-pain patients in emergency rooms, is being acquired by Inverness Medical Innovations of Massachusetts.
