Kraft's new direction moves closer to restaurant business

Kraft Foods plans to give restaurants and delis a run for their money by "reframing" its food categories, such as positioning its frozen-pizza business to compete with local pizzerias and testing its Fresh Creations salads to compete with takeout salads from delis. It also is considering launching a health-conscious brand.
