Eat slower, stop sooner to avoid digestive problems

Nutritionists say eating more slowly and stopping before you feel full are two ways to avoid digestive problems. The brain gets a signal from the digestive system that the stomach is full about 20 minutes after a meal, so eating until you feel full not only can make you sick but also can lead to packing in extra calories.
