N. Korean schools could be banned from tuition exemption in Japan:

Japanese officials may exclude some schools for North Korean students from a high-school tuition-exemption programme. Officials say the schools could be eliminated from the exemption because they have been unable to get information about their curriculum from North Korea, a situation caused by poor relations between the countries.
