The world's worst bosses share a few highly undesirable traits, says ClickFuel CEO Steve Pogorzelski. They're risk-averse, punish people who show initiative, reward sycophants, and tend to make big decisions based on anecdotes rather than hard data. "Incompetent managers prefer to rely on anecdotes because they can always find someone to tell them what they want to hear, rather than what the facts are," Pogorzelski says.
