An Oregon breast cancer survivor says reconstructive surgery and cosmetic procedures have allowed her to see herself and not her past illness when she looks in the mirror. "Initially, with plastic surgery, I think people thought that it was unnecessary surgery. But that has really changed," plastic surgeon Linda Leffel said.
