Study: Celiac disease linked to schizophrenia

A new study finds people with celiac disease -- an allergy to gluten, a protein found in wheat and other grains -- are at risk for schizophrenia. A gluten-free diet can treat celiac disease, and some clinical trials have shown that cutting out cereals also alleviated symptoms of schizophrenia.
